THE GNOLE HOLE GALLERY

 

Hello, and welcome to The Gnole Hole Gallery , the online site of artist Keith Hendrie. I am an entirely self-taught artist, and a member of the Mavericks Arts group, I am based in the town of Montrose, Scotland.

 

 

Working both from photographic images and in the field, I specialise in pencil and graphite interpretations of landscapes and natural history subjects. My work is highly detailed, concentrating on the minutia of natural detail, bringing the intricate patterns to the page. The size of each drawing is dependant on the subject matter however the majority of my work, ( unless otherwise detailed), is composed on A4 paper.
